I've been extremely negligent the last day or so, and it's not like I don't have anything to report. Work has been heinous the past two days, and I actually took Tylenol PM last night to help shut down the voices in my head so I could sleep. It worked, too...I started counting down from 100, and don't even remember hitting 70. It was a hard sleep, too. I don't like doing it, but every six months or so it becomes necessary. At that rate, it would be tough to become an addict.So I will write more later...promise!
